Escape To VR dBa Sintri Digital privacy policy
Effective Date: June 10, 2025
1. Introduction
Escape To VR (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the AdMaster Dashboard (the “App”), a private, internal tool used to manage advertising campaigns and audiences via the Facebook (Meta) Marketing APIs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.
2. Information We Collect
- Facebook/Meta Data: Campaign, ad set, and ad metadata (IDs, names, statuses, budgets), performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions), custom audience identifiers.
- CRM & Booking Data: Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and order details imported for audience creation and lookalike modeling.
- Pixel & Server Events: Website event data (PageView, InitiateCheckout, Purchase) sent via Facebook Pixel and Conversions API.
- Usage Logs: App login timestamps, IP addresses, and actions taken within the dashboard (e.g. creating a campaign, generating ad copy).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create, read, update, and delete Facebook ad campaigns programmatically.
- To generate performance reports and insights dashboards.
- To build and maintain Custom and Lookalike Audiences in Facebook Ads Manager.
- To call the OpenAI/Gemini API for ad copy generation, passing only brief campaign details (no personal data).
- To monitor API health, detect anomalies, and send alerts if campaign performance deviates from thresholds.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
- We do not share your personal data or Facebook-derived data with any third parties, except:
- OpenAI/Gemini: We send anonymized campaign briefs (no PII) to generate ad copy variations.
- Canva API (optional): If enabled, design assets may be sent to Canva for in-editor creation and returned as image URLs.
- Slack or Email Services: Performance alerts are sent to your chosen webhook or address.
- Facebook/Meta remains the controller of data you’ve provided via the Marketing APIs; see Meta’s own Privacy Policy for additional details.
5. Data Security
- All access tokens and credentials are stored encrypted (e.g. environment variables or Secrets Manager).
- Communications with Facebook’s Graph API, OpenAI/Gemini, and Canva are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Access to the App is restricted by your existing Escape To VR authentication (e.g. single sign-on or password-protected on-premise network).
6. Data Retention
- We retain campaign metadata and performance logs for as long as needed to support reporting and forecasting (typically 2 years).
- CRM/customer data used for audience sync is deleted from our App’s database within 90 days of import, unless refreshed.
7. Your Rights
- Access & Correction: You may request access to any personal data we store about you.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data from our App’s database.
- Objections: You may object to processing for marketing insights; note that doing so may limit certain dashboard features.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@escapetovr.com.
8. International Transfers
Data exchanged between our App and Facebook’s servers may be transmitted across borders in accordance with Meta’s data transfer framework and applicable law.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version at this URL with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance.
