For your safety and enjoyment, please read the following rules and instructions carefully before starting your VR experience. These rules are designed to ensure a safe and fun environment for all participants. By participating in our VR experience, you agree to follow these guidelines at all times.

General Safety Guidelines

  1. Stay Aware of Your Surroundings:
    • You will be immersed in a virtual environment, but remember that you are moving in a real physical space.
    • Always be mindful of the physical boundaries and walls. Our staff will inform you of your space limits, and your VR system may provide visual cues (such as a virtual boundary) to prevent collisions.
  2. Respect Other Participants:
    • If you are in a multi-player experience, be cautious of other participants moving around you. Avoid running or making sudden, fast movements that could result in physical contact or collisions.
    • Maintain an appropriate safe distance from other players during the game.
  3. Avoid Leaning or Grabbing:
    • Objects in the virtual world do not exist in the physical world. Do not attempt to lean on or grab virtual objects, as you may lose balance and fall.
    • Avoid making any sudden physical motions that could cause injury or knock over equipment.
  4. Proper Footwear Required:
    • Ensure you are wearing closed-toe, non-slip shoes (e.g., sneakers). High heels, sandals, or flip-flops are not permitted.
    • You will not be allowed to participate in the experience if you are not wearing appropriate footwear.

Health and Physical Condition

  1. Listen to Your Body:
    • If you feel dizzy, nauseous, disoriented, or uncomfortable at any time during the experience, pause immediately and inform a staff member. You are free to take a break as needed.
    • If you have any medical conditions (such as epilepsy, heart conditions, or severe motion sickness), please let a staff member know before starting.
  2. Age and Health Requirements:
    • Our experiences may not be suitable for young children, pregnant women, or individuals with health conditions that could be triggered by physical exertion or VR use. Please check with our staff if you are unsure about participating.
    • Minimum age requirements may apply depending on the experience; children under the age of 8 Years Old must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

Gameplay Guidelines

  1. Stay Inside the Marked Play Area:
    • Do not step outside of the marked play area. If you receive a boundary warning in your headset, step back to avoid collisions or stepping into another player’s space.
    • Always remain within the designated free-roam zone. This helps prevent collisions with walls or objects outside the virtual space.
  2. Hold Onto Your Controllers Firmly:
    • Ensure that you are holding your controllers securely at all times. Loose grips may cause controllers to fly out of your hands, leading to injury or damage to equipment.
    • Always use the wrist straps to avoid accidentally dropping the controllers.
  3. No Running, Jumping, or Fast Movements:
    • Running, jumping, or rapid physical motions may cause injury to yourself or others. Move carefully and intentionally throughout the experience.
    • Walk at a normal pace to reduce the risk of falling or bumping into others.
  4. Follow Game-Specific Instructions:
  • Each game or experience may have unique instructions. Pay attention to the in-game prompts and follow all instructions provided by our staff.

Equipment Handling

  1. Use Equipment Responsibly:
  • Handle all VR equipment, including the headset, controllers, and sensors, with care. Avoid hitting or dropping the equipment.
  • Do not attempt to remove or adjust the VR headset without assistance from staff. Our staff will ensure it fits securely and comfortably.
  1. Report Equipment Issues Immediately:
  • If you experience any technical difficulties or discomfort with the VR equipment, alert a staff member right away. Do not attempt to fix or adjust the equipment yourself.
  1. Stay Clear of Cables:
  • Be aware of any cables or equipment that may be connected to the VR system. Avoid stepping on, pulling, or tangling cables during the experience.

Emergency and Break Procedures

  1. Take Breaks as Needed:
  • You are encouraged to take breaks between experiences, especially if you start feeling disoriented or fatigued. There is no penalty for stopping the game if you need to rest.
  1. Emergency Stops:
  • If you feel unwell or are injured, remove the headset immediately and raise your hand to signal a staff member.
  • In case of any emergency, remain calm and follow staff instructions to exit the arena safely.

Prohibited Actions

  1. No Food or Drinks in the Play Area:
  • Eating or drinking inside the play area is strictly prohibited. Spills or crumbs can create a slip hazard.
  1. No Roughhousing:
  • No pushing, shoving, or any form of horseplay is allowed during the experience. This is to ensure the safety of all participants.
  1. No Disruptive Behavior:
  • Participants engaging in unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior will be asked to leave the premises. No refunds will be given in these cases.
