Data Deletion Instructions

Effective Date: June 11, 2025

Escape To VR (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides this page so you can request deletion of any personal data
we store in the AdMaster Dashboard (“App”). Under Meta’s platform policies, you must be able to
delete your data on demand—even if this App is for internal use only. Please follow the steps below.

1. What data will be deleted?

  • Facebook/Meta data: campaign metadata, performance metrics, custom audience IDs
  • CRM & booking data: names, emails, phone numbers, and order details imported for audience sync
  • Pixel & server event logs: PageView, InitiateCheckout, Purchase events
  • Usage logs: login timestamps, IP addresses, dashboard actions

2. How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to
    privacy@escapetovr.com
    with subject: AdMaster Data Deletion Request.
  2. In the body of your email, please include:
    • Your Facebook App-Scoped User ID (the ID Meta provides for you when using the App).
    • The email address you use to log in to the AdMaster Dashboard.
    • Any other details to help us verify your identity (optional).
  3. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days, verify your request, and delete all records
    associated with your App-Scoped User ID.

3. Timeframe & confirmation

Once we verify your request, we will permanently delete your data from our App’s database
within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Note: This page satisfies the “Data Deletion Instructions URL” requirement in your
Facebook App settings. It must remain publicly accessible even if the App itself is used only internally.
